Apply for your account by completing the details below. After receiving your application, we will send you an invitation to activate your account.
Once you have created your log in details you will be directed to the log on page. We suggest you save this as a bookmark on your web browser, or if using your phone save it to your home screen or favourites.
During your appointment, reception staff will ask you for your email address to enable your account. You will then be provided with an activation code at reception. An email will be sent to the address provided so that you can activate your account. If you have applied online, you will receive two emails, and the other will be the activation.
Upon your first login you will be asked to enter your name, date of birth and the activation code provided by the reception staff. You will be asked to set a username and password during the account activation process. Be sure to make this something memorable as this will act as your password for future access to your images.
Once you have created your login details you will be directed to the log-on page. We suggest you save this as a bookmark on your web browser, or if using your phone save it to your home screen.
Your images will reach your account shortly after your appointment. We recommend you make a follow-up appointment with your referring practitioner to discuss your findings. Once you have access to your current images, you can easily share your images with family or other health practitioners by viewing the desired study and selecting the ‘Share’ icon. You can also save your images by selecting the ‘Export’ icon.
We will send your report directly to your health practitioner as they are in the best position to interpret the results for you. Please make a follow-up appointment. We will make your report available to you via the app 30 working days after your report is completed.
